Project Cost and Match

TriMet, the City of Portland, the City of Milwaukie, Portland Development Commission and Metro seek $10 million in TIGER II grant funds to complete the funding package necessary for a $12.8 million project that includes roadway realignment, pedestrian bridge constructions, relocation of shortline freight railways, and improvements to bicycle and pedestrian pathways to support livability and multi-modal transit in a corridor on the verge of immense transformation.

Approximately 21 percent of the funding necessary to construct these critical projects is committed from local public and private sources. Local match resources committed from a variety of entities are testament to the broad support and key importance of the Southeast Corridor Project to private and public partners.
