Kellogg Lake Pedestrian and Bicycle BridgeThe project will build a multi-use bridge across Kellogg Lake and construct a multi-use trail to connect neighborhoods and users of a six-mile regional trail to downtown Milwaukie, the planned Lake Road light rail station and a greenspace currently isolated by a busy four-lane highway.

Without this project, more than 500 residents will not have safe and reasonably direct bicycle or pedestrian access to downtown Milwaukie, schools, the Trolley Trail, the new park or light rail station.

Trespassers on railroad trestle
Trespassers on the railroad trestle over Kellogg Lake create very dangerous situations. Grant funds would enable the creation of a safe and direct bridge.
